HIGH-PERFORMANCE BONDING AGENT - Liquid Rubber Multi-Purpose Primer enhances adhesion and prevents blistering on various surfaces, particularly wood and concrete.

USE ON - Suitable for concrete, wood, high-density polyethylene, and more! The fast-drying Multi-Purpose Primer can be easily applied with a brush, roller equipment, or a suitable spray delivery system. Apply 1-2 coats based on the surface and add a top coat within 24 hours of becoming tack-free.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY - Liquid Rubber Multi-Purpose Primer is water-based, non-toxic, and contains low VOC's, without any solvents. It is safe for both humans and pets.

APPLICATION - To achieve optimal results, apply to a dry surface free of dirt, debris, oil, silicone, laitance, and efflorescence. Avoid applying before rain or in anticipation of dew.
